I understand and agree to the following: 1) I must show all of my hand-written notes to the camera at the beginning of the test. 2) Each page with hand-written notes must be held in view of the camera for at least 3 seconds. 3) Both sides of each page must be shown. 4) Printed notes are not allowed. 5) At the end of the test, before I submit it, I must hold my scratch paper to the camera just as I did for my hand-written notes. 6) I must scan and upload the work I did within 15 minutes after I submit this test. 7) Failure to to comply to the above will result in a deduction of points from my score on the test.
