Imagine you have a close relative who has struggled with addiction for many years. They heard you have taken this course and ask you what kinds of changes might have happened in their brain as a result of their addiction. In a sentence or two for each, tell your relative about two different types of specific changes in brain circuitry that have been revealed by research on addiction.
