Diagnosis:  Ludwig's angina, a serious, potentially life-threatening infection of the tissues of the floor of the mouth.  Height 5’ 11’ Weight 145      LBS B/P 120/65 Chief Complaint Tongue is hurting and have difficulty swallowing.
