HPI:  Rob was med flighted to UW Health 5 days ago after successful resuscitation for sudden cardiac arrest due to STEMI.  He was directly taken to the cath lab and underwent a PCI with stent in the LAD and left circumflex.  Rob has recovered well and is ready for discharge home tomorrow.  His VS are stable and he reports no CP.  His physical exam shows no s/sx of congestion and he is currently deemed to be euvolemic. Current medications: Metoprolol tartrate 12.5 mg BID Furosemide 20 mg IV q12 hours Valsartan 40 mg BID Rosuvastatin 40 mg daily Aspirin 81 mg daily Ticagrelor 90 mg BID Metformin ER 500 mg daily SH:  smokes 1 ppd x 25 years, retired, likes to fish in his canoe daily for exercise, drinks 1-2 beers each evening and more while fishing Labs:  Scr 1.1 mg/dL, K+ 4.1 mEq/mL Vitals:  BP 130/88 mmHg, HR 88 bpm
