Dexter is аn 18-yeаr-оld freshmаn at State University. Paula is a 19-year-оld sоphomore at State University. Dexter had asked Paula to a dance but Paula had harshly rebuffed Dexter in front of his friends causing Dexter great embarrassment.  Vowing revenge, the following day, Dexter sneaked into Paula’s dormitory room with his camera. Unseen by Paula, Dexter took a photo of Paula in the nude in her bathroom just after she had exited the shower. Dexter then sneaked back of Paula’s dorm room without Paula seeing him.  The day after Dexter took the photo of Paula in the nude, Dexter printed 1,000 copies of the photo with the caption: “Paula likes to pose." Dexter then sold these 1,000 photographs for $10 each on campus the following day among the student population of 2,500 students. What causes of action are available to Paula against Dexter?
