To get back at the winning student, the rejected student files a lawsuit against the winning student alleging Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Defamation, and Negligence. The lawsuit is unfounded, but the winning student still has to defend the lawsuit. The jury returns a verdict exonerating the (Defendant) winning student. The winning student now can sue the original Plaintiff (the losing student) for what?
