Hоw is pоliticаl Islаm mаnifested in the 21st century? Discuss its develоpment from the early-mid 20th century until today.

Three lоng prоblems аnd аn оptionаl extra credit problem are available below.  If you are unsure about a value or believe you are missing important information. Please do not email me, make an assumption, state it, and then solve the problem.  SHOW ALL YOUR WORK! Problem 1. (33 pts) An A992 WT6 X 17.5 structural member is attached to a gusset plate and supporting a tensile load.  The distances between bolts are shown below with a gage, g= 3.5 in. Determine the available strength of the eight 3/4 in. A490-N bolts by LRFD. Problem 2. (34 pts) (a) [20 pts]. Select the lightest available W12 section for a column using the LRFD method for the following conditions: Fy=50 ksi; axial dead load of 250 kips; and axial live load of 400 kips. The supporting conditions are shown in the figure below. (b) [14 pts]. Demonstrate via AISC manual calculations that the selected member has non-slender elements.  Problem 3. (33 pts) (a) [20 pts]. Select a beam section by using the LRFD method for the span and loading shown below (the beam weight is not included; the uniform dead load is 1.5k/ft; and the concentrated live loads have a magnitude of 22.5 kips). Assume full lateral support is provided for the compression flange by the floor slab above and Fy=50 ksi. (b) [13 pts]. Demonstrate via AISC manual calculations that the selected member has compact elements.    Optional Extra Credit. (15 pts) Determine the available strength of the WT6 X 17.5 attached through the gusset plate in Problem 1, considering yielding, net section rupture, block shear strength, and bolt strength.
