As you positioned the child, you noticed a burn wound on the one thigh, even though the clinical history indicated that the child collapsed and was weak. When you check the file, you notice that the patient has been to hospital four times this month. The father kept checking you and you tried to ask the child if he was ok, but he whispered that he was hungry. As he said it the father came in aggressively and demanded to know what you were saying to the child. At this point the child was very scared, and tears were streaming down his cheeks.
