Please use the following introductory case information below to answer the following questions: A 55 year old female patient arrives at PT with complaints of pain located at the right lateral elbow occasionally extending into the lateral forearm. The onset of symptoms was insidious in nature with the patient unable to note a specific mechanism of injury. Her symptoms have been present for 12 weeks. She currently notes that her pain is intermittent in nature and subjectively rates her pain as a 4/10 on average using a verbal analog scale. Her pain seems to worsen when sitting at her desk for greater than 1 hour keyboarding. She also experiences pain lifting her new grandchild, when doing her kettlebell workout on consecutive days, and when grasping when her symptoms are aggravated. She works as a senior executive and finds her pain gradually worsens as the day progresses. She is independent in all ADL’s. NSAIDs initially decreased her pain when it was more constant but at present has no effect on her symptoms Medical History: Long-standing right sided cervical pain which is managed through regular chiropractic treatment Breast Cancer-currently in remission x 5 years
