Concussions are the cause of much controversy today with American Football being one of the biggest sports in America, with it pulling over millions and millions of views in each game with that being either college or professional. It has brought many great things to the athletes with that being fame and fortune. But it has also brought many tragedies and nightmares towards these athletes as well. One of the scariest brain diseases in the world has consumed over football players, with no way to cure being found out yet. I wouldn't wish Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) on anyone, as it has made grown men change their character and made them a totally different suicidal person. But one solution can be made to slow down this disease and help these athletes stay healthier in the future. The banning of contact sports like football for the youth. There are many pieces of evidence that point that banning these contact sports will help decrease the spread of CTE in the athletes playing football, whether that be kids or adults who play professionally.
