The team has been meeting for a few weeks, and has developed a number of exciting ideas for the new inventory management system. However, the warehouse operator on the team, Lucy, does not support these ideas. Lucy often makes statements such as “that will never work” and “this is a waste of time and money.” Lucy does not offer her own ideas or solutions in team meetings.
