In оrder tо imprоve morаle аnd encourаge employees to return to the workplace, we decided to let employees bring their pets into the office with them. However, this has been a disaster.  Employees are paying more attention to their pets than working, pets are fighting, some dogs are chewing up desks and electronics, and morale and productivity are diminished. Please also indicate some examples of pitfalls in regards to this scenario. How concerned should we be about pitfalls when planning interventions? Why?
