Show a complete 360-degree scan of the work area, computer table and keyboard, under and around the work area/table and the entire room on camera. The work area should be clear ( no books and other electronic devices) except for scratch paper, calculator, pen/pencil. You may have done this already. Please repeat it. All cell phones must be powered off and kept away from the testing area. Using or checking phones or other electronic devices during the test is not permitted. Students should simulate classroom testing condition by taking each exam at a desk or table. Tests should not be taken on a bed, couch, or other informal setting. A clear and well-lit image of the student’s face must be fully visible, and all sounds must be clearly audible at all times. You must also follow the instructions provided in the online exam guidelines document throughout the exam. Failure to follow any of these instructions will result in grade zero for the exam.
