A 76-yeаr-оld persоn presents tо physicаl therаpy with the following clinical presentation: Progressive memory loss over the past 5-years - they can currently only remember their own name / birthday and the names of close family members but do not remember their address, or day-to-day events like what they ate for breakfast Apraxia presenting as difficulty with dressing tasks - for example: they are unable to figure out how to put their jacket on correctly Diminished sense of smell affecting appetite Some behavioral changes Visual-spatial deficits with difficulty copying a drawing of a cube Their gait quality is currently normal with use of a walker (i.e., no significant gait deviations or movement disorder noted) What diagnosis is most likely?
