If there are any doubts about what is being asked in any of the problem statements, please notify the proctor. The only permitted for use during the exam are pen or pencil and a scientific calculator (TI-89 or equivalent). The last pages of the exam contain equations that may be pertinent in helping solve the problems; feel free to separate these pages from rest of the exam for easier reference. No use of a computer or the internet is permitted. One self-contructed equation sheet is permitted; front and back sides may be marked. The equation sheet may not contain any worked problems and should be turned in (scanned) with the exam. Proctors for students taking the exam remotely should confirm that students do not have access to their cell phone during the exam. Note from Professor: Students are permitted to use a scientific calculator and can bring an equation sheet (front and back) with general formulae. No worked problems are permitted to be on the formula sheet, and the formula sheet must be turned in with the exam. No access to the internet or the book/lecture notes if permitted on the exam.
