The following two (2) questions are related to the same clinical presentation. A 40-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital complaining of “drenching” night sweats and unintentional weight loss in the past six months. The patient denied any history of significant viral infections and is up to date on all his vaccines. On exam, a left axillary mass that is non-tender is noted.
