The insurаnce cоmpаny pаys the salesfоrce a cоmmission for each policy they write. However, they are not rewarded for submitting clear and detailed paperwork to the underwriters or for following up with clients once a sale is made. This leaves a burden of the detailed work for the salaried underwriters to address.  Which common problem does this describe with incentive plans if they are not designed carefully?
