The membership of the board shall include all of the following: two active cosmetologist, two actively practicing class 1 barbers, one active aesthetician, one active manicurist, one consumer, one member shall be appointed from each congressional district as those districts are constitutes on August 1, 2013, and shall reside in the district he or she represents during the entire term of the office.
