Spring March 2026 Midterm Quiz .docx You may access and use the FL Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that were provided on Canvas. These are the ONLY materials you are permitted to have present with you. Otherwise, this is a closed-book/materials midterm quiz. For uploading your answers, you can download the Word version of the quiz and clearly write your answers within that Word document and upload it here. There are 2 essays (a mini essay on mock fact pattern #1 and a larger essay on mock fact pattern #2). The larger essay is based on the familiar “Midnight Collision” fact pattern. Each non-essay question (25 of them) is worth 2 points. Mock fact pattern essay 1 is worth 10 points. Mock fact pattern essay 2 is worth 15 points. There are 27 questions total (which includes the 2 essays). Total points for entire quiz is 75 points. If any questions, please do let me know. Thanks!
