The physical therapist evaluated a 2 year old female child with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia). You identified the following problems: unable to creep reciprocally (bunny hops across the floor), able to ambulate with hand held assistance but not without, unable to short sit without supervision due to delayed protective and equilibrium reactions (able to tailor and ring sit independently), unable to cruise (able to stand at a supportive surface), always up on toes when standing. 2 Short Term Goals for the Duration of 6 months Sara will ambulate 100 feet with reverse posture walker with SBA only for progression to independent ambulation in 3 months. Sara will stand with her back against a wall and reach forward out of her BOS (back and hips leaving the support of the wall) with SBA only for greater than 2 seconds 2/3 trials during 3 consecutive sessions in 3 months for progression toward independent standing and increased balance during ambulation. What is your ideal recommended plan of care? (intensity and frequency) for a duration of 6 months
