Sasha Porter’s World of Stamps and Coins is a tenant at The Neufeld Center, an inline shopping center (BOMA B-level). Sasha Porter’s World of Stamps and Coins had an insurance policy on its contents with Kent Insurance. After Kent Insurance’s adjuster examined the circumstances of the fire, and decided it was due to a covered cause, Kent Insurance paid Sasha Porter’s World of Stamps and Coins the full value of its loss.
