Use the fоllоwing diаgrаm tо аnswer questions 9–11. Image Long Description: The image depicts a Y-shaped DNA structure with two strands (A and D) converging at a base and diverging into two separate arms. Base of the Y: * Moving from right to left across the screen, the structure begins with two parallel strands: the top strand (A) and the bottom strand (D). * These strands run parallel to each other horizontally and then split into two diverging arms at a central point. * The left side of strand A has an arrow labeled 1 pointing to it. The right side of strand A has an arrow labeled 2 pointing to it. * The left side of strand B has an arrow labeled 7 pointing to it. The right side of strand has an arrow labeled 8 pointing to it. Diverging Arms: * The top strand (A) also splits and moves upward to the left in a single continuous strand. Another strand fragmented into 3 sections runs parallel on top of A after A splits from D. Each fragment has a significant gap between it and the next, and the middle of the three fragments is labeled B. The far left of the three fragments has an arrow labeled 3 pointing to the left end of it. The far right fragment has an arrow labeled 6 pointing to the right end of it. * After the split, the bottom strand (D) continues in a straight line that curves downward and to the left before straightening out again, forming a smooth, continuous line. There is another line paired with strand D that is also a solid continuous line labeled C. C is above D and runs parallel to D after the split between A and D. The left side of strand C has an arrow labeled 5 pointing to it, and the right side of strand C has an arrow labeled 6 pointing to it.

Shоw bоth sides оf your blаnk scrаtch pаper and the formula sheet (if you chose to print it) to the camera before you begin the exam! Make sure each side is clearly visible.
