Include the following information: your marital status (single, married, divorced, engaged, etc.), the size of your family (list your family members/say who's in your family), how many pets you own, your personality (kind, serious, etc.), and your physical appearance (strong, handsome, etc.). When yоu аrrive in Ellen’s rооm she is lying in bed, supine with her R аrm in а sling.  She is alert and oriented and able to answer questions for you to complete her occupational profile.  She does not have apparent cognitive, perceptual, visual, sensory or hearing deficits.  You ask Ellen to sit at the edge of the bed.  She attempts to prop on her LUE but gets stuck.  You assist her at her trunk as she brings BLE over the edge of the bed.  Select the correct level of assistance:
