We are trying to figure out how to encourage kids to read more during summer vacations. In order to do so, we are going to bring back the summer reading programs that you may have experienced years ago. In the Book It program, children read books, take quizzes and get prizes. They can log this using a phone app, partnering with library, or in the virtual classroom. If they read the required books and pass all the quizzes by the timeline, they receive a free pizza. What research design should we use to investigate the success of the intervention? Please describe the design you would use in detail and why this was chosen.
