We decided to switch to a fully remote work environment to cut down on costs and also provide better work life balance. We hoped that with this intervention our employees would have greater motivation, less stress, higher job satisfaction, greater retention, and reduced absenteeism. The results have been mixed so we are trying to improve this intervention. What is the simplest form of impact theory where we allow the employees 3 mental health days to see if we see reduced burnout and increased retention?
