We have been hired by Walmart to design an intervention to reduce turnover by eliminating or reducing burnout from their workers. We give them a test we think measures burnout, but it turns out that it measures knowledge of food safety. We don’t realize this until week 4, but the people who scored high on the first attempt and the others who scored low on the first attempt were consistent on their week 4 test attempts. What type of reliability and validity is this?
