LB is а 84 yeаr оld femаle patient.  She has a past medical histоry оf dementia, diabetes mellitus, GERD, osteoarthritis, COPD, urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, anemia and hypercholesterolemia.  She was brought to the Emergency Room by her husband, who stated upon arrival that she is having increased confusion and agitation.  She has a chronic indwelling Foley catheter in place due to bowel and urinary incontinence.  The nurse notices that the catheter drainage is cloudy with sediment and has a yellow-green appearance, along with foul odor.  The Emergency Department RN obtained a urine culture and removed the foley. There was 325cc of urine in the bag; the husband states that he emptied the bag 6 hours ago.  Due to her current state, she is admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).   Current vitals upon admission to ICU are: Blood Pressure: 84/40 mmHg Respiratory Rate:             26 breaths/min Pulse Oximetry: 87%, room air Heart Rate:         114 beats/minutes Temperature:     38.6 celsius   What are the most likely potential contributions to the suspected diagnosis?
