From direct observation we find that each patient spends 0.3 hours with Administrator Red, 0.4 hours with Nurse White, and 0.15 hours with Dr. Blue. We have capacity cost rates of $45/hr for Red, $65/hr for White, and $300/hr for Blue. The clinic charges $400 for each visit but the actual reimbursement for the visit is only $200.
