When teachers are covering new topics, they are often faced with what are called “individual differences in learning”. According to what you learned from the textbook, FIRST, describe at least three of the major ways individuals can differ in their ability to learn new information? Second, name and describe the specific concept that YOU learned about that would allow teachers to know about these differences between learners. Third, answer: how would a concept like “meta-cognition” improve one’s ability to learn new information? Open-ended, free response: Now that you have taken a psychology class and you know humans, there is one thing in the world that you can almost always trust will get people to learn or do difficult things. That is to say, people will do what you ask, no matter what that “Ask” is when you give them this one thing. Based upon research, what did your book suggest is that one thing?
