Chlоe is а 23-yeаr-оld whо presents to clinic todаy with complaints of left lower quadrant pain that is steadily worsening and kept her awake last night. She denies dysuria or vaginal discharge. The pain is worse with movement and the drive to clinic was "the worst thing I've ever experienced".   She is unable to remember her last BM or period.   She is not on any medications, no chronic health issues or previous surgeries.  You have seen her on two different occasions in the last year, once for a viral URI and the second time for a chlamydia and gonorrhea infection.   What is your plan of care with this limited information?
