Pleаse be sure tо cоmplete eаch оf the following NOW if you didn't аlready in your room scan. If your "room scan" didn't show your desk, you need to do that now. I need to see the entire desk area. Show your index card of notes. Show your BLANK pages to complete your work. The rest of your desk should be clear other than a calculator if you have one. (I don't care if your room/space is messy, but there needs to be nothing else in reach.) You need to put your phone out of reach - not on your desk, not in your lap or pocket. Not completing ALL of these steps will result in a zero.
