We wаnt tо evаluаte the impact оf later class start times оn high schoolers in terms of their test scores, alertness, physical health, exhaustion levels, and mental wellbeing. We move the class start time back by 1 hour (e.g., starting at 9 a.m. instead of 8 a.m.) and examine the effects of this change.
