One day during free play time, the teacher reminds the students about the rule of keeping hands to themselves and not going into others' personal spaces while playing. As the activity begins, Rose notices her friend Mia building a tall block tower. Excited to join in, Rose runs over and reaches for the blocks without asking. She accidentally knocks over Mia's tower, causing blocks to scatter everywhere. Mia looks upset, and the other students pause to watch. The teacher, noticing the commotion, approaches the two children and says "Rose, what did we just talk about?". Rose yells "I know, I know....I didn't mean to." while simultaneously stomping her feet. The teacher attempts to take Rose by the arm but Rose jerks away and knocks down the remaining blocks of the tower. Rose falls to the floor and starts to cry.
