Zoom Proctoring Practice: For practicing the set up for Zoom proctoring: Set up an arbitrary Zoom meeting using your Mizzou Zoom account. Join the meeting using the Zoom app from your phone. Prop up your phone such that your workspace — including yourself, your hands, your desk, and your laptop screen — is clearly visible. Please see sample picture below: To achieve this, you may need to position your phone at a distance of 2 to 3 ft away from where your laptop is on the desk. If your desk is too small, try propping up the phone on a nearby table or book shelf. See if your video feed is good and satisfies the above requirements. I will make sure to practice as mentioned above to ensure everything goes smoothly on exam day.
