Temperature: warm, traffic: light, roads: wet, with shallow puddles from a heavy downpour that ceased 45 minutes ago. SceneThere are reports of an unknown gas emitting from the air.The area has been cleared of any imminent threats to safety. It is confirmed there was only one patient involved, who was in the control room at the time when the explosion occurred. The patient is being brought out to the treatment area by responders. The patient presents to you with ringing in the ear (tinnitus), difficulty hearing and shortness of breath.
