A 22 y/o female presents with a complaint of increased vaginal discharge with an unpleasant “fishy” odor. She denies vaginal itching and urinary symptoms. On examination, a grayish white discharge is noted at the introitus and adhering to the vaginal walls. There is no erythema. Clue cells are seen on wet mount.
