Bobby walked off with the expensive glasses. Feeling disrespected and humiliated, our client immediately left the club and retrieved a gun from his apartment. When he returned to the club Bobby was no longer there. However, our client knew that Bobby would likely be cruising the boulevard in his vintage 1957 Chevy. So, our client headed for the boulevard and located Bobby. Our client then pulled up next to the Chevy and started shooting into the driver’s side window and hit Bobby in the head, killing him instantly. The next day one of Bobby’s crew came across our client on the local basketball courts. As the crew member got within five feet of him, our client pulled a handgun from his coat and told him he would be joining Bobby at the morgue. The crew member immediately fell to the ground covering his head with his hands. Our client then left the basketball court.
