A patient reports upper thoracic, periscapular, and intermittent arm symptoms that worsen with prolonged computer work and overhead reaching. Cervical screen is not strongly provocative. Thoracic rotation produces local stiffness only. Upper limb neurodynamic testing mildly reproduces paresthesia, and first rib assessment is stiffer and more symptom-provoking on the involved side. Symptoms improve when the patient lowers the arm and supports the forearm. Which initial intervention plan best fits this presentation?
