Before you start the exam, review each of these “exam readiness statements” and, in your own mind, answer them as True or False. I did a complete and thorough room scan. I have confirmed my audio feed with Honorlock chat. I am not wearing a smartwatch.   I have shown myself on camera shutting down my cell phone. I’ve made no attempt to surreptitiously move any unauthorized resources (e.g. ANY type of “cheat sheet” – on paper, white board, etc.) into the exam area after my room scan. I am going to focus intently on my screen and not look off to the side or around the room during the exam because the instructor is likely to think I’m looking at a cheat sheet or other unauthorized resource. All the statements above should be TRUE. If any of them are FALSE, make the necessary adjustments now to ensure they’re all TRUE and greatly reduce the chances of getting a zero on the exam. If the instructor finds any of the previous statements to be false, your exam grade will likely be adjusted to a 0/100, which usually results in failing the course. If all the above “exam readiness statements” are true, mark this question as TRUE. If you mark this question as FALSE and complete the exam, the instructor will likely impose academic sanctions.
