Betsy was a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who provided services for a school-based autism program. She was contracted for 20 hours per week. Betsy decided to go to the principal of the school with the autism program and to tell her that she would like to cut back to 10 hours per week. Betsy explained that this would help the principal come in under budget but did not reveal that she had taken a position with a private school. Are there any problems with this proposal?
