EMS is called to respond to a 25-year-old male identified as Daniel, injured in a diving accident. He dove into a sand bar at a remote river. Upon arrival he is unresponsive. He has decerebrate posturing bilaterally, his breathing is irregular, and there is bleeding from his nose. Pupils were ERRL, but sluggish.
