I have read the shift assignment schedule for labs, I know which lab group I am in; you will be docked points if you are missing or violate any of the following; Required Items for Offsite Lab: Platt College Scrubs (School Provided) Platt College ID (School Provided) Stethoscope (School Provided or you may bring your own) PDQ (School Provided) Calculator Digital Thermometer Analog/Non-Digital Watch (Must be a Non-Smart Watch) Small Notebook Blue or Black Ink Pen Permanent Marker Requirements for Offsite Lab: Hair tied or clipped back if applicable. Closed-toed, close-top and closed-back shoes. Short nails (no acrylics or gel applications allowed). No dangling jewelry. I understand and agree that I am responsible for showing up to lab on time and prepared.
