In a study, half of the participants were given a task for a class that they needed to complete on a platform. This platform worked very smoothly and fast. The other half of the participants were given the same task, but they experienced a very slow platform, with tons of errors that influenced their performance. These two platforms were intended to either put people in a pleasant or unpleasant mood.
