Operative Reports 04/03 Diagnostic laparoscopy w/ bxs: Findings: Obvious tumor involvement through posterior gastric wall involving the gastrohepatic ligament. There are diffuse omental adhesions to anterior abd wall secondary to omental tumor nodules. Nodularity in abdominal and pelvic peritoneum, especially along small bowel mesentery. Ascites in upper and lower quadrants, aspirated. Multiple bxs taken. Liver appears negative. IMP: Nodularity in omentum and peritoneum c/w carcinomatosis. What is the Summary Stage?
