Test InstructionsThe following Final Exam is worth 130 points toward your grade in Law, History and Social Change (LEGL A315). You have three hours (165 minutes) to take the exam and must finish it on one sitting. The exam is open book and open note, but you are not allowed to conduct additional internet research beyond the resources provided in the course. Everything you use must be printed out because you will not be able to open any websites, other than the one containing the exam. You must abide by the UAA Student Code of Conduct with respect to this restriction and the general prohibition on communicating with other students about exam content.The Final Exam consists of two parts — multiple choice/matching questions worth a total of 80 points, and five essay questions worth 10 points each (50 points total). There is no penalty for guessing on the multiple choice/matching questions.For the essays, be as complete in your answers as you can and make sure that you are responding to what is asked in the essay prompt. You do not need to provide citations, though it must be clear what you are discussing.Good luck!
