During the nocturnal PSG, Nick's total sleep time was 345 minutes. His AHI was 4.9/hour. He proceeded with the daytime test and slept on 5/5 naps with a mean sleep latency of 11 minutes. He had REM on nap 1. There are two parts to this question for credit: 1. Is this test valid? Why or why not? 2. What diagnosis would you give Nick based on these results?
